About Intent Physio & Rehab

Courtney graduated from the University of Canberra in 2020 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Prior to this Courtney worked for multiple years in the Gym and Fitness industry and as a swim teacher and aqua aerobics instructor.

 

Courtney has worked closely with the Goulburn Dirty Reds Rugby Union club for the last 3 years as their Head Physiotherapist. She has also previously worked with ACT Brumbies and Monaro Rugby Union. Courtney has an extensive sporting background in Track and Field, Rugby and Waterskiing and when she’s not working you’ll normally find her in the gym or walking her dog.

Courtney’s passion for Physiotherapy began through the treatment of her own sporting related injuries and involvement in the care and rehabilitation of a disabled family member. Courtney enjoys treating a wide variety of clients however has special interest in:

- Sporting injuries

- Pre/Post operative Rehabilitation

- Knee and Shoulder injuries

- Strength and Conditioning

 

Courtney believes that movement is key to maintaining good health and preventing injury, and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their goals through her personalised exercise plans in conjunction with hands-on guidance.
